A set of 6 sharp Steak knives with a Laguiole shape style handle made of olive wood and the mythic bee and extremely hard top of the range stainless steel blade, which shape is typical of steak knives.

Great steak knives to slice and not to tear the meat.

We Like: the warm touch feeling of the olive wood handle. They come in a nice beechwood box.

We Recommend: do not wash in the dishwasher. Wash by hand to avoid damaging the olive wood handle. From time to time, you can "feed" the hanlde with a tissue humidified with olive oil (not to oo much!). The olive wood will absorb it and be beautifull again. A bit like you would take care of your shoes.

Blade made of X50CV15 stainless steel (0.50% carbon,13%Chrome): rockwell hardness between 54 and 56 Hrc
Stainless steel rivet.
Half-silk blade with a heat treatment.
