ULTRA RESISTANT & INDUCTION FRIENDLY

The forged aluminum frying pan with its PFAS-free ceramic coating is perfect for preparing delicate dishes (fish, vegetables, sauces, etc.). This Ceramic Frying Pan is designed for use at medium to low temperatures. It is therefore ideal for simmering, reducing, reheating, or sautéing.

The thick forged aluminum construction ensures excellent resistance to warping and impact for your CERANOA non-stick frying pan.

Compatible with all stovetops, including induction, your ceramic frying pan adapts to any kitchen. To preserve it for a long time, it’s recommended to gradually increase the heat when using this non-stick pan.

Aluminum is a great heat conductor—it heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. Non-stick coatings are sensitive to overheating and thermal shock and are better suited for gentle cooking. When using it on induction, there is no need to use the booster function, and we recommend not using the cooktop at full power.

All You Need to Know About the CERANOA Non-Stick Ceramic Frying Pan:

PFAS-free

Versatile and convenient, the de Buyer ceramic frying pan can also be used in the oven, provided the temperature does not exceed 200°C (392°F) for a maximum of 10 minutes—this is known as “flash oven” use. This PFAS-free pan is made from recycled aluminum.

Use a lid and let your saucy dishes simmer in peace with the CERANOA ceramic frying pan. Although the ceramic coating is abrasion-resistant, we do not recommend using metal utensils in your CERANOA non-stick pan.

We like: The exceptional non-stick performance of the coating lets you cook with very little fat. Very easy to clean with hot water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. The even and controlled cooking process provided by the thick cast aluminium makes it particularly suitable for cooking delicate food, such as certain types of fish.

We recommend: do not heat when empty or overheat. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal objects in the cookware.

Care: wash by hand only, non-abrasive sponge.
