The FK2 knives have the ultimate blend of toughness, sharpness, functionality and value for real working Chefs and serious gourmet cooks, with a wide range of innovative shapes.The blade is also made of the robust German X50CrNoV15 stainless steel with a fine Japanese geometry for improved sharpness of the edge.The ergonomic handle is made of carbon fiber composite with non-slip texture grip. It features a calibrating system: to restore the right balance between blade and handle, unscrew the back to adjust the number of counter-weight rings.

Model: traditional western meat slicing blade (with sword tip). This knife is perfect for slicing large roasts, hams...The blade is designed to offer the least resistance when slicing meat, allowing long cuts to be performed easily. It also slices cakes with ease.
