This 12 cm handle is a true marvel of artisanal craftsmanship. Entirely and meticulously hand-chased with "rope" patterns using a file, the full handle, made from American Ironwood, is sublime and exudes a strong, unique personality. We absolutely love it.

Forged in one piece and meticulously hand-chased with a file, the massive traditional Bee and the Spring epitomize the high artisanal standards of Fontenille Pataud.

✰ The Blade

The ultra-sharp 11.5 cm blade is crafted from Swedish 14C28N Sandvik steel, 3 mm thick, and offers a hardness of 58-59 Hrc.

* WARRANTY & CARE *

Fontenille Pataud folding knives come with a lifetime guarantee, while table knives and corkscrews are guaranteed for 5 years. These guarantees cover any potential manufacturing defects but do not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. However, the Fontenille Pataud workshops offer comprehensive maintenance and repair services for any damaged or worn parts, including blade re-sharpening, tightening, and handle repairs. Laguiole Asia will serve as your liaison with Fontenille Pataud for all your maintenance needs.
