Forge de Laguiole "Coutellerie d'Art" folding knives are cutlery Art master pieces fully handcrafted on demand only by their emeritus master knife-smiths. Their bee and spring are fully hand chiseled, as well as their double brass or stainless steel plates. It requires days of works, precision and passion. Each piece is truly unique.

This Model : A gorgeous dark horn plain handle with spring and double plates decorated with guilloche patterns chiseled by hand. The forged bee shows plenty of hand work details. The 11 cm blade is made from Raw high-quality French T12 steel, which is exclusively produced for Forge de Laguiole® then forged to 1000°C in their workshops forge in Laguiole, France.

Unique: No two knives are exactly the same. Each wood or horn is unique and has developed different shades and patterns during their living period. Your models will probably therefore have different shades than those on our photos. Since each model is made on demand and fully hand chiseled, the patterns and details are unique too.

Clean & Care: do not use dish-washer. Prolonged water contact will crack precious woods and horns. Hand-wash the blade with a sponge, hot water and detergent if needed. If the handle need to be cleaned, use a dry fabric to remove what must be removed.
