The handling of stamina wood handle is perfect and ensures a clean clear cut of even the soft/crumbly cheeses such as Roquefort and goat cheese, Brie,...Its shape ensures a perfect balance of the knife on the table. The blade has a tapered and beveled cutting edge resulting in a high precision cut.
