Essential tool for Chefs and gastronomy amateurs, de Buyer's mandolines offer precise slicing with a wide array of shapes and thickness. They are quick, precise, easy-to-use, durable and safe. Since all de Buyer's mandolines are integrally made in France in their manufacture, every piece and blade can be repaired or replaced.

Cut shapes: Slices
Cut thickness: new thickness adjustment system, quickly, safely and efficiently allowing to cut extra-fine slices from 0.2 mm to 5 mm. (space of 0.2 mm)
Integrated V-shaped blade: the blade easily penetrates into the product. The micro-serrations of the blade make it easier to cut all fruit/vegetables into very thin slices, while preserving the constitution of their flesh. Thanks to its 19.3° optimized cutting angle, it easily and perfectly cuts even the softest fruit and vegetables (tomatoes, pears, etc.)
Round pusher: handy round pusher for safe, easy and smooth cutting

We Recommend: Viper mandoline must be washed by hand. Don't use your dishwasher.
