Ingredients

4 tbps. of balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. of soy sauce
2 tbsp. of honey
2 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tsp. of freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. of onion powder
1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. of espelette chili powder

Accompaniment

1 rib of beef
1 bunch of rocket
1 pine nut

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and leave the beef to marinate overnight.

Cook the beef and aplly remaining marinade with a brush.

Slice the beef and serve on a board with rocket.
